Subject: boy i remember this show

What I remember most about this show was the 6 inches of water on main floor...ppl dancing, splashing.... the awesome lightning show, and looking over at my friend and his wife(not a head) first row off main floor and the miserable look on her face as she endured the torrential downpour. BTW...Great show. all the shows from 89 summer tour were awesome. Great recording as well. thanks to all the tapers for their contribution to musical history!

Subject: Crazy crazy night

This was one wild crazy night. I remember hearing the next day that a tornado had touched down 10 miles south of New York City, which means pretty close to the stadium. We were up at the third tier of the stadium and I remember being totally dry and happy during Music Never Stopped, then being completely drenched during Don't Ease Me In. Crazy night, but the band kept it totally together.

Subject: MY FIRST DEAD SHOW

Well now this is a treat finding my first show....I am one of those rare trainwrecks who never got to see the GD until 89 for too many reasons to list......Lightning hitting the rim of giants stadium.....night sky exploding in torrents of rain.......thoousands of wet hippies....yeah it was a good introduction to them live........I logged in many more in the next few all too short final years......I continue with Ratdog......
